Is It A True Quality Time?

I just have a random thought everytime I saw other people updated their social media (mostly on Path) and said that they were having a quality time with their partners.

So confusing since they have a time for updating their account(s) during the "quality time." How could it be called as "quality" if their attentions are seized by the social media?

By the way, Path founder -whoever s/he was- must be very much loved by Indonesians because it provides choices for people to update useless things --and the worst part of Path is it allows the update be shared to other social media.

It happened for both male and female users. Disturbing for sure, but no offense, I also have Path account. It supposes to be an awesome social media, but people ruined it.

Let's talk about 'quality time' again. I didn't say that posted something on social media is an obtuse idea.

I was also sometimes doing something useless like checking in nowhere in Foursquare or posting photos on Instagram, but I fully realized that I won't do the update when I'm having a quality time with people I do love.

Then the point is perhaps I think people never actually have a quality time since their time was mostly taken for something called 'updating'. So who has the quality times nowadays? Those who never tell it on social media?

I wish my random thought was wrong. I wish people get their time.
